Discovery files are confidential, often privileged, and always the client’s. This is the short version a partner can send on.
Matters stay apart
Each matter is its own workspace. One client’s documents are never stored or reviewed with another’s.
Encryption
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Originals are never changed. What is served later is still the firm’s own files, after counsel decides what goes out.
No training on client files
Client documents are not used to train models. No client file is sent to a model until the firm has approved that provider.
Nothing starts early
No client file is sent to a model until the firm’s approval is in place. A file dropped early does not start a review on its own.
This website
chateq.com is a static marketing site. It uses Google Analytics to record visits. It does not collect account information or host client files. If you email us, we use that correspondence to respond and to discuss a possible engagement.
